We’re excited to share that Stittsville Shooting Ranges is now accepting new members!
To help everyone enjoy the range safely, all new members will need to complete our Orientation and Range Safety Course before signing up for membership. The orientation and safety course will consist of a 3 hour in-class Orientation, Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, by appointment. After the classroom session, you’ll take part in an on-range session(s) based on the type of membership you would like to sign up for:
- Rifle Membership:
Attend the rifle on-range session on Saturdays, 10:00–11:00 AM (appointment required). - Handgun Membership:
Attend both the rifle on-range session on Saturdays 10:00–11:00 AM and the handgun on-range session on Sundays, 10:00–11:00 AM (appointments required). - Shotgun Membership (Skeet, Trap, 5 Stand):
No orientation and range safety course required.
The cost of the orientation and range safety course is $75 due at the time of booking; it can be booked and paid for either in-store or over the phone via credit card. The course fee covers the orientation and all on-range sessions required for the type of membership you would like.

Rifle Membership – $450.00+tax per year
Handgun Membership – $450.00+tax per year
Shotgun Membership – $250.00+tax
Rifle & Handgun Membership – $550+tax per year
Rifle & Shotgun Membership – $550+tax per year
Handgun & Shotgun Membership – $550+tax per year
Rifle, Handgun, & Shotgun Membership – $650+tax
Family membership is an extra $100+tax. Family membership covers the main membership holder, a significate other, and any children 21 and under that are still living at home and still in school.
Benefits
All memberships include:
- 10% discount in store on everything except firearms, powder, and primers.
- Membership with the Canadian Sports Shooting Association,
- Access to Stittsville Shooting Ranges Wed-Sun (weekday availability subject to range bookings)
Rifle Membership:
- Waives all hourly fees for the rifle ranges and shotgun pit, hourly fee is still required for guests.
Handgun Membership:
- Waives all hourly fees for the handgun ranges, hourly fee is still required for guests.
Shotgun Membership:
- Discounted rounds for Trap, Skeet, and 5 Stand

Fee & Cancellation Policy
The course fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance. When a reschedule is made with at least 24 hours’ notice, your course fee will be applied to the new course date. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the course will result in forfeiture of the course fee.
Please note that punctuality is required. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to join the course, and the course fee will be forfeited.
